THE PROCESS
STEP 1: CONSULTATION CALL
The start point for every client we work with. The consultation call is a 30 minute no-obligation conversation designed to assess fit, discuss goals, and to outline our coaching process.
It is also a fantastic opportunity for you ask any questions regarding logistics, experience, and expected outcomes.
STEP 2: ONBOARDING
This is where it gets exciting! After signing up you will recieve an onboarding form to help us understand your goals, challenges, strengths, and areas you want to work on.
Once the form is complete we will get straight to work building your very own personalised program.
